of the programs and services of Hastings Family Service.
We are grateful for the many volunteers and especially to HMF coordinators Andy Lucking, Kevin Sieben and Gordy Pearson.

On behalf of the over 3000 people who use the services at Hastings Family Service (HFS), thank you to everyone who helped support the second annual Hastings Music Festival at the Little Log House Pioneer Village. The performers: Brooke Ellis, The Midlife Chryslers, Tim Mahoney, Select Three, and Martin Zellar all rocked the house! A special thank you goes out to event organizers Kevin Sieben and Andy Lucking, and founder Nick Langley for his inspiration for bringing this idea to life, the Steve and Sylvia Bauer family who donated the Little Log House Pioneer Village Property, Gordy Pearson and the staff of the Gordy Pearson Agency for coordinating the silent auction and the many silent auction donors, the sponsors (see below) , the ticket locations: Terry's Ace Hardware, Cub Foods, and the Hastings YMCA, the local media for their coverage of the event especially the Hastings Star Gazette, KDWA AM 1460 Radio and Hastings Community TV, Stasia Peine who helped build our online following, Kennedy Concessions for providing great food, Tara Kranz and Nick Werner the show's emcees, and all of the wonderful volunteers who helped make this event a great success!
It is because of the Hastings Music Festival, that HFS is more than just a bag or two of food, but a full service food shelf. Thanks to this event no one will have to go hungry in our community.
Graciously,
Chris Koop
Executive Director, HFS
